🎪 Stand / Tent Specifications

🔹 Stand area dimensions are 6m x 6m x 3.5m.
🔹 Each stand area is assigned exclusively to the participant for the duration of the event.

🔧 Stand Design Options

Participants may choose one of the following stand types:

🔹 Fully Enclosed Stand
🔹 Semi-Open Stand
🔹 Fully Open Stand

The selected stand type will be prepared by the organization team before the event and cannot be changed during the event.

📋 Participation & Approval Process

🔹 Participants must complete the form below with accurate and complete information.
🔹 Participants who complete the payment after submitting the form are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted all stand usage terms and conditions.
🔹 Once the payment is completed, the participant automatically receives approval for stand usage and sales within the event.
🔹 Stand areas will be prepared and assigned by the organization team prior to the event.

⚠️ Usage Rules & Responsibility

🔹 Participants are fully responsible for all products and content displayed within their stand area.
🔹 Any content that violates Second Life Community Standards is strictly prohibited.
🔹 Rez objects, decorations, or items extending beyond the assigned stand area are not allowed.
🔹 The organization cannot be held responsible for lag, script errors, or technical issues.
🔹 Failure to comply with the rules may result in stand cancellation without notice.
