🚘 MODIFIED CAR MEET & BEST MODIFIED CAR COMPETITION – PARTICIPATION RULES

🚗 1️⃣ Vehicle Participation Rules
🔹 Only modified vehicles are allowed to participate in the event.
🔹 Vehicle Land Impact (Prim count) must not exceed 100 prims.
🔹 Vehicles exceeding the prim limit will not be allowed in the event area.
🔹 Each participant may enter the event with only one vehicle.

🛠 2️⃣ Rez & Display Rules
🔹 Vehicles must be rezzed only in the areas designated by staff.
🔹 Rezzed vehicles must be placed in the designated display/parking areas according to staff instructions.
🔹 Driving, moving, or taking vehicles outside the display area without permission is prohibited.

🚫 3️⃣ Teleport & Area Management
🔹 Unauthorized teleporting of avatars or vehicles into the event area is prohibited.
🔹 Any teleport, push, or exploit that disrupts the event area is strictly forbidden.
🔹 Such violations may result in disqualification.

🏆 4️⃣ Public Voting Rules
🔹 The “Best Modified Car” award will be determined by public voting.
🔹 Vote manipulation, spam voting, or use of alt avatars / bots is strictly prohibited.
🔹 Suspicious or invalid votes may be canceled by staff.
🔹 Voting results are final and binding.

🤝 5️⃣ Conduct & Fair Play
🔹 All participants, visitors, and staff must behave respectfully and competitively.
🔹 Arguments, provocation, drama, or targeting other participants is not allowed.
🔹 Staff instructions and warnings are binding.

📢 6️⃣ Advertising & Promotion Rules
🔹 Advertising other venues or events within the event area is not allowed.
🔹 Sharing information about your vehicle (mod list, details) is allowed; spam is prohibited.
🔹 Unauthorized notecard sending, group invitations, or flooding is prohibited.

💰 7️⃣ Participation Fee, Voting System & Payment Confirmation
🔹 Participation in the event is paid.
🔹 By registering, participants confirm that they are aware of the participation fee and have paid or will pay it before the event.
🔹 Vehicles for which the participation fee is not paid will not be included or displayed.
🔹 The “Best Modified Car” award will be decided via paid public voting.
🔹 Voting fees are low-cost and implemented to prevent bot usage, alt avatars, and vote manipulation.
🔹 Votes found to be from bots, alt avatars, or exploits may be invalidated, and the participant may be disqualified.
🔹 Of the total revenue collected through voting:
🔸 50% will be used for event expenses and organization costs,
🔸 50% will be awarded to the winning participant.
🔹 All participants in the event and voting acknowledge and accept this payment and distribution system by participating.

⚠️ 8️⃣ Responsibility & Authority
🔹 Participants are fully responsible for their vehicles and displayed content.
🔹 The organizers are not responsible for vehicle loss, script errors, lag, or technical issues.
🔹 Participants who violate the rules may be removed from the event and banned from future events.
