🎤 LIVE SINGER PARTICIPATION RULES

🔹 1️⃣ Preparation & Timing
🔹 The Live Singer must be present on the sim at least 15 minutes before the scheduled performance time.
🔹 The performer must strictly follow the assigned time slot and performance duration.
🔹 In case of delay or inability to attend, the organization must be informed at least 1 hours in advance.
🔹 Performers who fail to attend without prior notice may be temporarily or permanently excluded from future events.

🎶 2️⃣ Performance Content Rules
🔹 All performances must comply with Second Life Community Standards.
🔹 Racist language, excessive profanity, hate speech, or offensive content is strictly prohibited.
🔹 Political messages or propaganda during the performance are not allowed.
🔹 The Live Singer must perform in line with the music style / genre declared in the application form.
🔹 Backing tracks, instrumental versions, or live vocals must be used responsibly and professionally.

🔊 3️⃣ Audio & Technical Rules
🔹 Excessive volume, distortion, microphone abuse, or ear-damaging sound levels are grounds for a warning.
🔹 Poor audio quality caused by improper setup may result in temporary interruption of the performance.
🔹 The performer is responsible for ensuring their microphone and stream setup is functional before the event.

🤝 4️⃣ Conduct & Behavior
🔹 Live Singers must behave respectfully toward visitors and the staff team at all times.
🔹 Arguments, provocation, drama, or behavior that disrupts the event atmosphere are not tolerated.
🔹 All staff instructions and warnings are binding and must be followed.

📢 5️⃣ Advertising & Promotion Rules
🔹 Live Singers may not promote other venues, events, or shows during their performance.
🔹 Sharing personal social media accounts or Second Life performer profiles is subject to staff approval.
🔹 Spam, unauthorized notecard distribution, or group invitations are strictly forbidden.

⚠️ 6️⃣ Copyright & Responsibility
🔹 Live Singers are fully responsible for copyright compliance of all songs, lyrics, and backing tracks used.
🔹 The organization cannot be held responsible for any copyright or legal issues arising from the performance.
