



🎧 DJ PARTICIPATION RULES

🔹 1️⃣ Broadcast Preparation & Timing
🔹 The DJ must be present on the sim at least 15 minutes before the scheduled broadcast time.
🔹 The DJ must strictly follow the assigned time slot.
🔹 In case of delay or inability to attend, the DJ must inform the organization at least 1 hours in advance.
🔹 DJs who fail to attend their broadcast without prior notice may be temporarily or permanently banned from future events.

🎵 2️⃣ Music Content & Broadcast Rules
🔹 All music played must comply with Second Life Community Standards.
🔹 Racist content, excessive profanity, hate speech, or offensive material is strictly prohibited.
🔹 Political propaganda during the broadcast is not allowed.
🔹 The DJ must play music according to the genre specified in the registration form.
🔹 Excessive volume, aggressive bass, or any form of volume abuse is grounds for a warning.
🔹 Repeated violations may result in broadcast termination.

🤝 3️⃣ Conduct & Communication
🔹 DJs must behave respectfully toward visitors and the staff team at all times.
🔹 Arguments, provocation, drama, or disruptive behavior are not tolerated.
🔹 Instructions and warnings issued by the organization staff are binding and must be followed.

📢 4️⃣ Advertising & Promotion Rules
🔹 DJs may not advertise other venues or events during their broadcast.
🔹 Sharing personal social media accounts or Second Life DJ profiles is subject to staff approval.
🔹 Spam, unauthorized notecard distribution, group invitations, or message flooding are strictly forbidden.

⚠️ 5️⃣ Copyright & Responsibility
🔹 DJs are fully responsible for the copyright compliance of all content they broadcast.
🔹 The organization cannot be held responsible for any copyright, legal, or third-party issues arising from the DJ’s broadcast content.
